Commission Process
★ To initiate a commission, the client must send a dm to the artist first.
★ The artist has the right to accept or decline a commission.
★ The client must include references or the artist can also send a reference form or docs where the client can insert reference photos.
★ A non-refundable deposit is required before the artist begins work on the commission (50%). The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork and before its delivery.Artistic Freedom and Revisions
★ The commission will be drawn in the Artist’s style. However, if the client requested for a studio ghibli commission the artist will follow the studio ghibli art style.
★ Minor revisions are generally allowed during the sketch process of the artwork. Revisions or changes requested after the lineart process may incur additional charges.
★ If the client does not specify, the starting size of the canvas will be 2000 px by 3500 px, 300 dpi. The canvas size and ratio may vary depending on the commission.
★ The artwork will have a flat background unless specifications are included in the description provided by the client.Timelines
★The commission may take a week or two, depending on the client’s request before completion.
★Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and the client will be informed promptly of any changes to the timeline.
★Regular communication between the artist and the client is encouraged to ensure that expectations are aligned throughout the process.
★Updates will be given every step (sketch, line art, colouring, final touches). Comments and changes before the next step are appreciated.Cancellation and Refunds
★If the client decides to cancel the commission after work has commenced, the initial deposit is non-refundable.
★In the rare event that the artist is unable to complete the commission, a full refund, including the deposit, will be provided to the client.Ownership and Usage Rights
★The artist retains all usage rights and licenses on commissions accepted and completed for clients. This means that the client’s commission may be used for publishing, for portfolio purposes and being used on merchandise.
★The client may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (using in streams and posting on socials) as long as they credit the artist.
★Commercial use or reproduction for profit (e.g. merch) may incur additional fees.Payment
★Payment can be made through Paypal (for foreign clients) and GCash or GoTyme (for local clients).
★Initial payment of 50% shall be done for the commission to start.
Remaining amount shall be paid before the artist sends the final commission piece.Delivery and Shipping
★The final artwork will be delivered digitally through email.
